  1. You must first enroll in Liberty Personal Online Banking. If you have not enrolled for Liberty Personal Online Banking yet, Enroll Now!
  2. If you are an existing Liberty Personal Online Banking customer, click on the link below to sign up for Online Bill pay.
  3. Read the Liberty Online Bill Pay Services Agreement carefully. Click on the I Agree button if you agree with the terms and conditions.
  4. You can choose to enroll online or you can print the information form. Fax the completed form to 504-240-5129 or give it to a bank representative at any Liberty Bank location.
  5. That's all you need to do!
