What To Know About The Upgrade

System Downtime

05-26-2026 @ 5:00 a.m. CST – BillPay and TransferNow will be disabled. Scheduled payments will continue to process.

05-26-2026 @ 5:00 p.m. CST – Mobile Deposit via our Personal Mobile Banking App will be disabled.

05-26-2026 @ 5:00 p.m. CST – Personal Online and Mobile Banking will go into Inquiry Only mode. No transactions will be permitted while in Inquiry Mode.

05-26-2026 @ 9:00 p.m. CST – Business Online will be disabled.

05-28-2026 @ 9:00 a.m. CST – New system will go live.

Important Information

To ensure a smooth first-time login, it is important that we have your current phone number and email address on file.

In addition, you will be required to log in with your username and password for the first time on the new system (this applies to both Online and Mobile Banking).

First-Time Login – No changes to your personal login credentials are expected. You will log in for the first time using your current Username and Password whether online or via our mobile app.

Enhanced Security – Upon logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to receive a text or phone call with a one-time passcode to verify your identity. Simply enter this passcode into the system and submit to securely log in.

Mobile Banking Users – If you currently use biometrics to log in, you will need to reestablish this feature within the new app.

Personal & Small Business Account Updates

Account Information
Most of your account details will be available and ready to use within the new system including transaction history, Bill Pay payee information, eStatement, scheduled payments and internal transfer settings.

Non-Transferable Services
The following settings will not transfer to the new system:

  • External Transfers

Please make note of or save your current settings and any related history for these services before 05-26-2026. You will need to set these services up or register for them again once the new system is live.

Bill Pay Users
Scheduled payments will transfer to the new system. Your payment history will not. Please be sure to save a copy of this prior to 05-26-2026.

Payee addresses in Bill Pay need to be complete and accurate for payee information to transfer to the new system. Please review and make corrections by 05-26-2026.

We also recommend making note of your current payees and account numbers to ensure you can confirm all information transferred correctly once the new system is live.

Corporate Account Updates

E Corp. Business Online Banking Login Update
Effective May 28, 2026, we are enhancing your Corporate Online Banking login experience.

What's Changing:

  • You will continue to use your existing username
  • Security tokens will no longer be required
  • A new password-based login process will be implemented

What You Need to Do on May 28, 2026:

  1. Navigate to the Business Online Banking login page
  2. Enter your username
  3. Select "Forgot Password"
  4. A temporary password will be sent to you via email or text message/phone call
  5. Follow the prompts to create your new password

Important Information:

  • This process must be completed the first time you log in after the update
  • Prior to the go-live date, the Business Account Administrator will receive a phone call with additional details regarding this change
